I'm David Park, owner of Golden Seal Notary and a commissioned Arizona notary public since 2016. Before starting Golden Seal, I spent eight years in mortgage lending - so when I show up at a closing, I actually understand the documents in front of us.
I'm an NNA Certified Signing Agent, Loan Signing System graduate, and an authorized Remote Online Notary. Whether we meet at your kitchen table or connect over a secure video call, my goal is a fast, accurate, stress-free signing.

Golden Seal Notary serves clients throughout the East Valley and greater Phoenix metro area, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Paradise Valley. I also travel to Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, and North Scottsdale by appointment.
Remote Online Notarization (RON) is available for Arizona residents and signers in most states - no travel required. I handle everything through a secure video platform from the comfort of your home or office.
Arizona state law sets the maximum notary fee at $10 per notarial act. My fees:

Monday - Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Same-day appointments are frequently available - book online or call directly. RON sessions can often be scheduled within the hour for urgent needs.

RON allows you to get documents notarized over a secure video call - no in-person meeting required. You'll verify your identity digitally, and I apply a tamper-evident electronic seal. Arizona and most other states accept RON notarizations.
Yes. I regularly travel to Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Paradise Valley. I also cover Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, and North Scottsdale. For remote online notarizations, location does not matter at all.
Yes - I work seven days a week. Saturday hours are 8 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM. Same-day appointments are often available.

Yes. I am fluent in Korean and happy to assist Korean-speaking clients with their notarization needs. I can explain documents and communicate fully in Korean throughout the appointment.
